Question by SlipperyWhenWet: Why don't parents teach their children about sex ed the right way?

My friend is so dumb and knows nothing about sex. She actually thinks she wont get pregnant from swallowing when we all know that you can. Plus you can only get preg on your period. Why doesn't everyone know this?
