First time getting my period since 2009, unprotected sex?

First day of my period on Saturday of last weekend, then one week later at at 12 am sunday morning/saturday night I had unprotected sex and was spotting very slightly beforehand. I'm only 110 pounds and I usually never get my period, it's very irregular and it ended up just completely stopping in july of 2009. Should I get plan B or something? It would still work obviously, but it's really expensive. Can someone please help me?
Please only give serious answers, we're active members of the church and I'm only sixteen.
I started my period around summer 2007 early 2008 latest for the first time

My friend had that problem and she got put on BC and she has regular periods. I would def. Check into that if I were you.
